Coffe stain removal - House Cleaning Florence

Coffee stains buld up in your coffee cup and can get a little out of hand. It's worse though if you end up with coffee stains on your carpet or couch. If you do though, it isn't impossible to tackle. If you have a fresh coffee stain, then you should run cold water, or use a water soaked cloth, on the coffee stain. If you treat the stain fast there is a good chance that you will not have to invest a lot of time in the removal.

House cleaning Florence has a few tricks you can use to get rid of those coffee stains.

Steps to remove coffee stains:

Step 1:

As already mentioned above, when you are house cleaning and you have fresh coffee stains, simply use cold water on the stain. Done quickly, this will help stop the coffee residue from setting in. Be sure that you continue the cold water treatmeant for 10-15 minutes, until the coffee stain is gone completely. If you've done this and the stain is not gone, then you can move on to the second step.

Step 2:

Step two in the house cleaning process, you should run liquid detergent along with cold water on the coffee stain. If you have got a fresh stain then let it sit for 4 minutes or so; don’t let it get dry. For old coffee stains you need to first soak in water and then rub with a bit of liquid detergent; rub it for 5 minutes until you notice that the grip of coffee stain is loosening. While you are busy with other house cleaning, soak in cold water for 30 min, if the stain remains then soak it in warm water for another 15 minutes.

Step 3:
If the stain persists through the house cleaning process, then you can mix some powdered laundry detergent along with equal parts of vinegar and water solution to create a paste. Test this paste on any garment or location that is hidden to confirm that it won’t discolor the fabric. Then, use an old toothbrush to scrub the stain!

Step 4:

In this house cleaning process you may need to apply a bit of stain remover spray on the coffee stain. Leave it for five to six minutes and then wash it normally. Use gel stain remover to coat both sides of the stain as it will penetrate into the fibers of clothing.

Step 5:

If, after this house cleaning, you still see the coffee stain, then you should repeat this process once again.

Step 6:

Once you've finished the house cleaning process to remove stains, you can get the affected area under some light to confirm that all coffee stains are gone and there is no hint of discoloration. If it’s fine then wash and dry it normally.
