Simply pour or spray on the affected area. Let it sit for several minutes and then you can use a rag or scouring pad to clean the area.
Dampness Control:
Prevention is the best medicine; keeping places like the bathroom clean and dry is the best way to combat mold and mildew. Run the fan while showering and always leave the door open when the room is not in use to allow extra moisture to escape. Wiping up excess moisture quickly and performing weekly cleanings will help keep molds form setting up shop in your house. If the issue is bad you may even consider a dehumidifier or desacant packs to keep the moisture low.
